Dior Lip Glow Oil is one of the most-searched lip products in 2026, and for good reason — the oil formula is sheer, buildable, and forgiving. But Dior makes 17 shades of it, and they span from barely-there pink to deep black cherry. Your color season determines which shades are a YAY and which you are better off skipping.
We scored every Dior Lip Glow Oil shade across all 12 color seasons. Each shade has its own product page with the full season-by-season breakdown. This post gives you the overview so you know where to start.
The Nudes: 001 Pink, 081 Latte, 085 Cupcake, 088 Mocha
001 Pink is the most universally wearable shade in the line. Its sheer, neutral-pink base adapts to most undertones — it reads warm-pink on Spring seasons and cool-pink on Winter seasons. If you have never tried a Lip Glow Oil and want the safest starting point, this is it.
081 Latte is the warm nude. It scores highest on Autumn seasons, where its golden-brown warmth picks up the earthy tones in warm skin. Light Spring and True Spring also wear it well. Cool seasons get an OKAY at best — the warmth reads slightly off against cool undertones. The latte makeup guide covers this warm-nude territory in detail.
085 Cupcake is the pink nude — softer and cooler than Latte, sweeter than plain Pink. Summer seasons and Light Spring tend to score well here. It is one of the better Lip Glow shades for Soft Summer, where most colored lip products are too saturated.
088 Mocha is the deepest nude in the line. It has a brown-coffee quality that works best on Deep Autumn and True Autumn. Lighter seasons will find it reads as a lip liner shade rather than a lip color — too much depth for delicate coloring.
The Pinks and Roses: 077 Rosy Candy, 074 Jelly, 041 Peachy
077 Rosy Candy is a bright, cool-leaning pink with enough saturation to show up even in a sheer oil formula. Bright Winter, True Winter, and Bright Spring wear it best. Light Summer gets a nice OKAY — the pink energy is right, but the saturation might be one notch high for this muted season.
074 Jelly is almost clear — a barely-tinted gloss effect that adds shine without color commitment. It scores broadly across seasons because there is not enough pigment to clash. If you want the Lip Glow texture without the color conversation, Jelly is the one.
041 Peachy is warm and bright — a warm peach-coral that reads like summer on your lips. Spring seasons own this shade. True Spring and Light Spring both get a strong YAY. Autumn seasons score OKAY — the peach is right but the brightness might be a touch high for muted palettes. Cool seasons should skip it.
The Berries and Reds: 006 Berry, 007 Raspberry, 015 Cherry, 046 Cranberry
006 Berry is a classic cool berry — the shade that sits between pink and plum. Winter seasons and Cool Summer score well here. Soft Summer gets an OKAY because the berry family is right but the saturation is moderate.
007 Raspberry is vivid. This is the brightest, most saturated shade in the berry range — a blue-pink red that demands contrast and clarity. Bright Winter and Bright Spring own it. True Winter works too. Muted seasons will find it overwhelming.
015 Cherry is the cherry lip trend in oil form. We covered this one in the cherry lips 2026 post — it scores YAY for Deep Autumn, True Winter, and Deep Winter, and OKAY for Soft Autumn thanks to the sheer formula. The cherry lips trend page has the full breakdown.
046 Cranberry is the coolest, deepest berry in the line. It leans toward wine territory — a dark, cool red-purple. Deep Winter and True Winter score highest. This is the shade to reach for if you are a cool-deep season who wants lip color with weight.
The Warm Statements: 026 Spicy, 031 Strawberry, 004 Coral
026 Spicy is warm and earthy — a cinnamon-spice shade that reads like a warm nude with attitude. True Autumn and Deep Autumn score YAY. This shade and 012 Rosewood are the two most Autumn-coded shades in the Lip Glow range.
031 Strawberry is bright, warm, and pink-red — the strawberry of the strawberry makeup trend. Bright Spring and Light Spring love this shade. True Spring scores well too. It is too bright for muted seasons and too warm for cool seasons.
004 Coral is the truest warm shade — a coral-orange that reads sunny and fresh. Spring seasons are the clear winners here. True Spring, Light Spring, and Bright Spring all score YAY. Autumn seasons get an OKAY. Cool seasons should skip coral entirely.
The Dark Shades: 104 Black Cherry, 012 Rosewood
104 Black Cherry is the deepest shade in the line — a dark wine-cherry that overlaps with the cherry cola lip territory. Deep Autumn and Deep Winter are the natural homes for this shade. True Winter and Cool Winter also carry it well. The oil formula softens the depth, but it is still a statement lip.
012 Rosewood is understated and warm-neutral — a muted rose-brown that reads as a “your lips but warmer” shade. Soft Autumn and True Autumn score highest. This is one of the most universally wearable shades in the line because the mutedness and neutral undertone cross seasonal boundaries more easily than vivid or deeply warm/cool shades do.

Which Dior Lip Glow Oil shade is the most universally flattering?
001 Pink scores YAY or OKAY on the most seasons because its sheer, neutral-pink base adapts to most undertones. 012 Rosewood is a close second — its muted rose-brown quality reads natural on both warm and cool seasons, especially the muted ones (Soft Autumn, Soft Summer).
Is Dior 104 Black Cherry good for Soft Autumn?
104 Black Cherry is an OKAY for Soft Autumn — the deep cherry-wine shade is darker and more saturated than Soft Autumn typically supports. In an oil formula the sheerness helps, but it still reads as a bold lip on muted coloring. 012 Rosewood or 081 Latte are more natural-looking choices for Soft Autumn.
What is the difference between Dior 015 Cherry and 104 Black Cherry?
015 Cherry is a bright, true cherry red — vivid, medium depth, berry-leaning. 104 Black Cherry is darker and more wine-inflected, sitting closer to burgundy territory. 015 is the daytime cherry. 104 is the evening cherry. Your season may score YAY on one and NAY on the other — check both on the product pages.
